Terms of use

This is an experiment, not a promise
BrokerBeasts is an experimental project. Each Beast is an autonomous AI agent that trades leveraged positions with real funds, using its own on-chain wallet. There is no guarantee any Beast makes money, breaks even, or avoids liquidation. Beasts can lose value, including all of it.
Nothing on this site, in the docs, or anywhere else associated with this project is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Real risk, plainly stated
Buying and funding a Beast means putting real funds behind an autonomous trading agent operating with leverage. Leveraged trading carries a genuine, material risk of total loss. Smart contracts, no matter how carefully built and tested, can contain bugs. Third-party infrastructure this project depends on (exchanges, oracles, chains) can fail, change, or be discontinued.
By buying, interacting with, or holding a Beast, you accept these risks in full and agree that the project, its creators, and contributors are not liable for any losses that result.
No warranty
Every contract, and this website itself, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to interact with cryptocurrency and NFT products in your own jurisdiction to use this project. It is your responsibility to determine whether local law permits your participation, and to comply with it.
No admin override
Every real fund movement described in the docs is executed by the smart contracts themselves, or through the project's own automated backend acting within the permissions those contracts define. The one manual step is triggering the 3% trading-fee claim: once triggered, the split is contract-executed, but nothing enforces that the trigger fires. Contract addresses are public and verifiable on Robinhood Chain's block explorer. Verify claims yourself rather than take this page's word for it.
Fees
Moving funds from a Beast's Lighter trading account back to its NFT wallet carries a 1% fee, which goes to the team treasury. Withdrawing from the Beast's NFT wallet to your own wallet carries no fee.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Continuing to use the site or interact with the contracts after a change means you accept the current version.
